Executive chef DARRELL RICE, formerly of Canoe, Palisades and Hedgerose, has created a traditional American menu with an international flair, featuring the likes of Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Braised Lamb Shank in Red Wine and Wood-Grilled New York Strip Steak. Nathaniel's also features brunch, which includes such delights as Tomatoes, Ham and Mozzarella in an Open-faced Omelet with Asparagus or the delightful Creole Breakfast with Crawfish Scrambled Eggs, Duck and Bacon Sausage with Sweet Pepper Creole Rice.
